Beware that it only fits the Xbox 360 cables with the metal plug, not the ones with the plastic plug. I luckily had both so when the plastic one didn’t fit. I then tried the metal one and it fit right into the adapter.

The DVD drive in my 13 year old Elite pooped the bed. Rather than replace the drive, I replaced the entire unit with 360 E Model. I was able to reuse the Elite's powerbrick with the Model E without incident!!Thank you!
