I am a petite adult. Adult hats are always too big. These hats are the perfect size for me, and I love the bright colors and the sun protection. The hats are adjustable for size and also have a ponytail hole. Plus they can quickly.

Great quality. Soft enough to be comfortable. Dries quickly when wet. Wore it on the boat and the chin strap held it on well. The sides also button up so they can see.

Our 8-year old granddaughter wore this great hat for 5 days at Disney World in July, and it was perfect to protect her delicate skin and help keep her a little cooler. We loved the open area in the back that we could put her pony tail through -- that was essential! And the adjustable strap was great for keeping her hat safe when she was having fun on rides! As a bonus, she had fun decorating it with pins, so it was thin enough to keep the pins attached.

This hat was bought fir my 7 year old granddaughter. It was very well made. Very pretty color. It was perfect for a fun day at White Sands NM.

I purchased two for my two daughters and the hat fit my 4yr old great but was way too small for my 8ur old. The original product description said fits 5-12yr olds. I would not recommend for children over 5-6yrs old. Be sure to measure your child’s head and add 1-2 inches for a comfortable fit. Other than the the hat was great quality and was a cute style with the pony tail hole in the back.
