The fan is decent, but it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of strength or flexibility. While the design is okay, it feels a bit limited, especially if you’re looking for something with more power or adjustable settings. I expected more from the Cat brand, which is known for rugged, high-performance products, but in this case, it seems the reputation may be more about the marketing than the actual performance. It works fine for basic use, but there are likely better options out there that offer more functionality and versatility. This is a Cat quality fan. It is strong and blows enough air to keep you comfortable in your car. It has a clip to attach it to the dashboard. Just be aware that it only has one type of cord, a 12v auxiliary cord. So it will only run inside a car, or you will need a converter. It is great for construction workers.

I ordered this fan for a vehicle that had lost refrigerant to a leak and I wanted to continue to operate in the summer heat as we awaited parts to arrive. The fan attached securely to an existing bar in the truck cab and plugged in to the trucks 12 volt auxiliary power. I must say the amount of air the fans moves and the quite operation were both pleasant surprises. As the truck has been repaired I have move the fan into a mini truck we operate on my property that has a enclosed cab and a automatic heater built in but no factory air conditioning. with the windows rolled down partially and this fan at work, it has made summer time operation much more pleasant. I've put many hours of constant use on this item and it operates as new.

This cooling fan was compact and adjustable. I found it to be a bit noisy, but helpful for when air conditioning isn't working or isn't providing enough cooling.

Probably a very niche use-case, but I've been using it when my brother and I go out with a friend who very much prefers driving his car over us driving ours. I think it's a early-to-mid 2010's Toyota and his A/C works great if you're in the front seats, but I feel like I'm having a heat stroke in the back if it's more than a 15-20 minute ride. Cord reaches up to the plug-in with some leftover and I have the fan clipped onto the back of his seat, it helps tremendously.
