The problem with the precut is it leaves open spaces if one has to cut because the firearm doesn't fit. My Browning over under didn't fit. My suggestion for the manufacturer is do not precut. If one has an expensive firearm and is concerned about the finish, I suggest transporting with a gunstock on because then foam is stiff.

No complaints. It meets the need well enough. My single suggestion would be perhaps just another inch or two in depth to allow for inclusion of extras larger than "really flat." IE, can't QUITE close it with my ear protectors inside. Almost! But that's non critical and not an integral part of this design. If I needed another case, would I purchase again? Yes.

Nice clasps and padlock feature is nice. A little flimsier than I was hoping but it fit my Wingmaster with 28” barrel like a glove. Can’t go any bigger than a 28”. All in all very satisfied.

I bought this for my son’s youth benelli. I figured it would be a case that could hold everything, and it does. It hold all the chokes, ear protection, his bore snake, shims, and the extra butt stock for when his is larger. This case isn’t flimsy, but I taught him to put a gun sock on for just some extra protection. I had to use the razor blade (provided) to cut out extra space for the extra butt stock, which wasn’t hard. This gun has a 26” barrel, so I really wouldn’t but anything much longer in it. This case was exactly what I wanted in a case.

I wanted a sturdy case for when I'm traveling and that's what I got.Nice and snug with extra areas for chokes, locks and a few rounds. Happy with this so far!
