You can build the rail parts either as a bridge-like crossing or as a camel hump. A total of four short concave rail parts, two long concave rail parts and two convex rail parts can be connected to one another with twelve rail clips. You can lay the transition over a straight section of your slot car track. The four supports ensure that the structure has sufficient support and that the cars driving underneath are not obstructed. Alternatively, you can build a rapid camel hump from the individual parts and integrate it into your Carrera track as an additional section. No matter which variant you choose, from now on you have to step on the gas, because the increases require a little speed kick from you and your slot car. These are pretty fun. I like adding elements to the track that slow things down a bit. It's no fun if you can just full-throttle around your circuit! I have this set in the "hump" configuration and it forces you to slow down a bit or skip right out of the slot. A great addition in the middle of your front straight!

The angle of the humps is too steep for the cars to make it up or down without launching off the track, even with the throttle control lock attached. I did find the small and large angle transition pieces very useful in making my own track layout, allowing me to easily make flyovers and elevation changes on the course.

works good, gives you more options for track layouts, we also use these to make upper level tracks. fun to find different ways to use them.
