I bought two of these scooters. One went together great but the other has welds that are offcenter on the shock absorbers so the front tire will not go on. I thought it would be simple enough to contact the manufacturer and buy a new one. But they told me it may be 24hours before I can get a response. I can't find parts online either. I'm disappointed and I'm starting think I will have to return the entire scooter instead of just replacing one part. Otherwise the scooter I have that is functional is great Other that the seat being uncomfortable but seats can be replaced so it's no big deal. I just wish the customer service was better.

One thing I do not like about the scooter is where the ignition is for the motor....on the battery compartment opposite the kickstand. Other than that so far rides smooth, and the assembly was a snap. The LCD screen for the speed is a significant upgrade to my other scooter I had, a Ssigad Gopher Plus. Handles the rough roads where I live as well.I dropped the scooter from a 5 star to 3 due to a cosmetic issue, (the skid plate was warped/damaged upon recieving the package) and a major safety issue: My throttle requires me to hold the LCD screen with my thumb in order to maintain speed, and not have the thing slip back and slow down. There is also no screw on that part to re adjust it/tighten it. Other than that its still usable, just requires more attention to stay safe with.

The scooter is well made, easy to assemble. I’m a little concerned about replacing the battery, should it fail. Can’t locate a vendor with the size or specs for this battery. Caroma said they don’t sell parts, and can’t help.

Throttle broke within 5 minutes of use. Amazon is sending another but I’m very concerned that the replacement will break as well. We bought the K4 as well and the throttle seems a lot beefier. From what I see on the internet throttle replacements are hard to come by and the one amazon offers does not work. Throttle is connected to the lcd which is basically the brains of the scooter without that you’re going nowhere on it.

We ABSOLUTELY love them! My husband had huge back surgery at the beginning of summer & They have been a game changer as far as us getting outside, going places, and enjoying ourselves. Our 3yr old grandson enjoys going on “motorcycle bicycle” rides with us. He can easily stand on it in front of me as I wrap my legs around him. He powers it while I manage steering and brakes. He’s already an expert at it! There is plenty of power and the battery life is excellent! I like that there are three different gears so if my grandson is with me & “driving” I can put it in the lower one. Also, the middle gear helps save battery life and you still can go pretty fast. Everything is true to the specs given, as far as how far you can ride and how fast they go… we’ve had no issues! I did have to get slime inner tubes for the tires. I only had flat but we weren’t taking anymore chances. They are pretty fun little scooters!!!
