There is only 1 cable in the package, it doesn’t state that on the sellers add. Just in case some else needs to replace both. Product looks good.

Length is correct. Diameter of holes on end pieces is correct. Thickness of end pieces is too thick. This causes the attaching bolt to directly contact and bolt down the end piece, preventing the end pieces from rotating freely.The proper fit is for the end piece to be thin enough so that the bolt directly contacts the "turret" that the end piece mounts on. This allows the end pieces to rotate freely as the tailgate is moved up and down, allowing the cable to be in the proper position for the tailgate no mater which position it is in.
