Polyurethane Piston O-Ring Upgrade
Includes Nitrile Butadiene O-Rings and one 90 durometer Polyurethane piston o-ring. The piston o-ring is the most crucial seal in the pump, and the one that faces the highest stress and abrasion. Black buna o-rings often fail prematurely in this application due to the high heat and abrasion faced when pumping the piston. The included polyurethane piston o-ring ensures lasting performance of this critical o-ring to keep your pump up and running.
Printable o-ring replacement guide
With Captain O-Rings printable o-ring replacement guide, simply size up o-rings with the guide and replace with the sizes indicated in the guide. This drastically reduces the time and effort spent rebuilding your pump and eliminates confusion with real-size o-rings on the page. Fairly easy to install once you break free some of the factory tightened fittings. Bought my Benjamin handpump back to life. Use the diagram available on their website to to help with the installation of the o-rings.

A little costly, but it has all O-rings needed to rebuild Benjamin hand pump. The only one that was damaged was the 007 ring on the pump rod but it's a good idea to change them all occasionally and this kit has what's needed.

This o-ring kit rescued my broken PCP pump! The quality is good and I appreciate the fact that all o-rings are included to completely rebuild the pump. My only concern is that you need to download the sizing guide/instructions from the website - not really a big deal, but just one extra thing you need to do to prepare for the job. If this is your first time doing the job be sure to watch the various videos out there on the Internet. There are a lot of steps that need to be performed! (Nothing exceptionally difficult, but lots of steps - I'm surprised how complicated the pump is internally!)

I completely rebuilt my benjamin pump with the o-ring kit and a little silicone grease. The exploded diagram on their website made it a breeze. Now it works like new! It probably helped that during the process I cleaned out two years of accumulated oily gunk before I rebuilt it. But I am completely satisfied with the rings, and the next time the pump fails (as the high air pressures and heat generated guarantee) I'll purchase another kit from Captain O-Ring.

What can you say about o rings. They worked well. It would have been nice to have a breakdown showing where they went though. Also it would be nice to have the check valve spring included.
