Attention:
1. When you hang up the wall bag, you can use the rope fastened to the wall.
2. When you fill fillers, you need to keep about 20% buffer space.
3. You should train on the surface without zipper.
Recommended Fillings:
– Plastic beads ( as used in BB guns ) or glue pellets
– Tossed sand grains ( like those used in aquarium tanks )
– Beans ( soy, mung, etc )
– Rice
– Sand ( typically washed pool filter sand )
– Pebbles ( for intermediate iron palm )
– BBs or Ball Bearings ( iron or steel – for advanced iron palm )
1. The first two are recommended as fillings because they help maintain a long life for the bag.
2. Traditionally bags are filled with beans ( soy or mung ), rice or sand. If you live in a humid region, you must make sure any organic material does not get moldy, so plastic beads are your best bet.
3. Sand is the most common filling and tossed sand ( or washed sand ) is the best if it is available in your area.

Está muy bien hecho pero tenía yo una idea diferente del producto, lo rellené con arroz y le cupieron como 5 kilos y siento que por efecto de la gravedad se abulta en la parte inferior y eso es correcto, pero yo me imaginaba que el cojín se iba a quedar más uniforme de volumen, lo cual es erróneo de mi parte.

El producto es excelente, es lona de algodón de buena calidad, tiene un espacio aproximado de 3.0 Kg, para no dejarlo excesivamente lleno se usaron 2.5Kg.Aguanta bien los golpes y palmasos, recomiendo utilizarlo en una superficie plana y dura.

I used this bag to attain the iron fist. Very durable and can hold even relatively sharp materials without noticeable wear. One thing to note is that it is quite large.

Durable, useful, and I can put it behind the door without it interfering with the function. Only complaint is that I was hard pressed for a filling for it, however that is not a fault of the manufacturer.

Bag was priced right, and works good for Iron Palm Hand conditioning, but the Grommets are just a bit on the weak/Flimsy side, but I think that you could carefully replace them, honestly if they would put in much sturdier Grommets from the beginning I’d gladly pay 2 - 3 Dollars more.Good product overall, I’d buy again and recommend this product to others.

This bag doesn't hold much (the front and back pieces of canvas are the same size, so the volume of the inside isn't large). I could pack it full enough to get it about 2" thick, which works okay if you have boxing gloves on. There is a zipper across the back to hold it closed, and once it's attached to the wall, after you hit it for a while, the zipper really chews up the drywall, so it's best to be installed over plywood. Installation was a challenge, since you'll need to find washers that are larger than the grommets, and screws/anchors to securely attach it to the wall. It's not very large (wide nor thick), so it works well for jabs, but not for any other kind of punches. If you have a small space and want something to hit, this can work, but it has limited uses.
