I really tried to like this camera. Was a good deal ... I thought. Problem was no matter what mode I shot on or lens I used, photos always were super noisy and had that pixilated look. So I returned it, no problem right? Wrong almost 20% of the overall cost wasn't refunded to me! I paid $589 and got back only $487. That's extremely messed up. Buyer Beware!

I use to own a Canon 80D a few years ago, but trade it in for a newer model. Now all my cameras are mirrorless. However, I wanted a Great backup camera and when I saw this on sale, I knew this is the best backup camera I could get for the money. It has all the convenient features I loved to be in complete control. A Great Buy.

The product is really good,like new but the auto focus is not working,i would like a replacement of the lens if not possible i will return it .

I upgraded from the consumer level Canon camera and am very impressed by the quality and feature set of this prosumer level. Everything from the great picture, auto focus system and even auto focus micro adjustments to ensure sharp pictures every time. I haven’t seen the benefit of the WiFi yet, but otherwise a great package. I brought this as a refurb, but it came in product packaging and looked brand new to my eyes.

My camera arrived a day ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Everything promised was in the box. The Canon 80D User's manual was written in English. The battery and battery charger are not Canon but work quite well. The camera looked new, not a blemish on it. All the functions work great as advertised and I've had a lot of fun shooting and getting acquainted with it over the past few days. I have no issues and would have no problem buying one again.

This is my first DSRL camera, I think it is amazing and really enjoying. Initially I almost got a T7i but I’m happy I ended with the 80D, it’s a very nice camera, great quality and with so many features and functions that I am going to take a while to learn everything.It arrived by the expected date and did not came in the original box but all accessories were together and in perfect conditions, probably never used before: battery, charger, neck strap and product manual. I was also able to register the product at Cannon website.But the only reason I’m giving a four star rating instead of five is because the product was announced as renewed / returned product. However there was a letter from Cannon inside the box stating it is a refurbished product. So for my understanding refurbished is different than just returned.So, again, the product seems to be in perfect conditions and saved me a few hundred dollars but the detail about refurbished or returned could be better explained.

Package arrived on time, and the renewed camera looked brand new. I was upgrading my camera and I’m so glad I did! Picture quality is awesome. I’ve done a few photo shoots with it now, and I’m really happy with the quality. 100 percent I would make this choice again and be completely happy.

Coming from an SX50HS, this camera is leaps and bounds better. The specs are, of course, a huge improvement, and there's more features than I'll probably ever use.I've had no issues using the camera, pairing with a Tamron 100-400mm lens, and an older (from my old A2E) 28-105mm EF lens.The image quality has been excellent.So far so great! :D
