Imagine relying on one screw just to have a side handle? Yeah, not practical. It shifts when you use it. Not a firm grub and not sturdy.

This flash bracket seems to be well made. It fits on any of my 4/3 mirror-less camera bodies. With an Allen wrench you can adjust which way the flash bracket point, allowing it to be used on the right or left side of your camera.

This is a well made L-bracket but not necessarily workable with all cameras since it has a fixed length and the vertical arm is not very high. I wanted to use this for an off camera flash and it doesn't work for that purpose, at least with my camera.

NO sirve, es una basura. Rompió la entrada hembra de 1/4' de mi Ronin S de la base porque el tornillo que trae es EXTREMADAMENTE PEQUEÑO y NUNCA se aprieta. Incluso le acabo de comprar otro más grande, y aún así no aprieta, voy a ver si con otro tornillo aprieta, si no, lo voy a devolver.El producto en sí no era malo, pero esto lo hace inutilizable totalmente. Por eso 1 estrella, muy mal.

The handle is a good size, sturdy and strong, lots of mounting holes that are well machined; however, like other Camvate products the mounting screw is terrible. This is a small mounting screw, ¼ - 20, with a small D ring attached. Once attached to the camera it holds as it should, attaching it is the problem. The screw and the D ring are very small and the screw is short and those facts make attempting to attach it to a camera a pain. I have arthritis and this kind of attachment equipment makes life miserable. I’ve ordered more screws to switch out this tiny thing for something better. What is even more aggravating is the screws that are larger are from Camvate! So Camvate produces better screws, and sells them here on Amazon, but put much smaller screws on their products [including their 80D cage]. Makes me wonder how their equipment is evaluated. My thoughts on that issue are less than kind.AD2

The second you pick this up, you can FEEL the quality. This little thing is so incredibly useful for anyone with a small video camera, that it literally defies description. The cold shoe is perfectly positioned for my shotgun mic, and I use it both hand held AND on my tripod, and I don't know how I lived without it. FANTASTIC product!!!
