Built after a traditional wood fired brick oven, the Artisan Outdoor Oven Accessory is perfect for pizzas, breads, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
The ceramic stone promotes even heat distribution and the domed ceiling design mimics the same heating pattern as a wood fired brick oven. Preheats in just 15 minutes, exceeding 600, F if needed.

What a horrible design. Per instructions, to remove the stone for cleaning, you need to remove the holding brackets by unscrewing 4 screws, which are placed in a such a way, that the front edge of the unit, doesn't allow direct placement of a small screwdriver, etc. What a nuisance. If any food falls off while inside the oven, good luck taking it out, since the opening is so small, an average guy's hand cant fit through the opening... Would have shipped it back after first use, but didn't have time to deal with it...

So much fun to make pizzas or calzones while camping. This oven will only hold a medium sized pizza. If you haven’t used a pizza oven before you need to. These make pizzas taste so much better.I would recommend 2 things for this:1- buying a piezo igniter for your camp stove if you have an older one2- get the bigger sized one of you can.

Very versatile on camp chef sidekick. Would be five stars if it retained heat a little better expected a little temperature drop when door is opened up but it drops about 100° in a matter of four or five seconds of the door being open.

It is one of those nice to have but not have to haves. All it takes is one pizza party with family and pays for itself. Make sure you get the accessories like pizza peel, cool cutting board etc to go with it. Will report back if functionality does not meet expectations of Camp Chef next level quality.

Really bummed that this item didn't ship in an Amazon box like 99% of the items I've purchased in the past. The picture on the box ruined a surprise I was working on!Otherwise, it's a solid product and we're excited to make lots of pizzas.Just disappointed in packaging!
