It was close, but several holes did not line up on my 2001 bear tracker. I returned it, but was shorted $2 on the refund.

it doesnt fit it at all. you might be abble to get it to work if you fold it or cut it but I wasnt going to take the chance. yamaha sells the gasket for $8.50. dont waste your money
