Our mini cake molds are made of food-grade silicone, which is soft and flexible, not easy to deform and can still maintain its original shape after multiple uses. Due to the flexibility, please place a cookie tray underneath the mold for easy transfer before pouring in the ingredients.
Our molds are easy to unmold, and a gentle turn can easily remove the cake and keep the mold clean.

Note:
1. Please clean the silicone mold in boiling water before use.
2. Do not let the mold empty when baking. If the food material is not enough, please fill the empty cavities with water.
3. After baking, to achieve the better effect, it is recommended to let the silicone mold cool for about 10-15 minutes before releasing.
4. Silicone molds are flexible, please put a tray underneath before use, and then pour in recipes or water afterwards.

I have ordered and shared desserts like this to have with espresso in foreign countries. One dessert, two spoons please. Didn't know there was such a thing as a cake puck. Have never frequented US restaurants that serve these kinds of upscale desserts. It has always been a vacation treat kind of thing.I can do this. Watched the video. Easy peasy. Problem is I'm still trying to lose the weight I put on over the holidays, It's just me but this year I ate three large pannetones just by myself. There's no way that I'm gonna make 12 chocolate covered cake pucks to eat by myself. I'm a chocoholic.What I'm gonna do is save these puck molds until I find a new partner and then suggest that we make cake pucks together. Looks like it could be a fun activity. Something different for a date night.Molds are flexible just as shown in the video. Already using silicone cupcake molds for making jalapeño cornbread so releasing completed pucks will be a piece of cake.
