I ordered 2 sets of 5x socks to start with; one beige, one black. I had extensive swelling that began about 3-weeks prior and refused to go down on its own so I ordered the 5x in hopes of getting a size that would fit over my grossly enlarged feet and calves. I would usually wear a 3x.The 5x were the perfect length with good stretch but too big to give enough compression. I did as one reviewer suggested and doubled them up and that worked well. I also immediately ordered a size 4x in black in hopes of wearing just one pair.These 4x took much longer to arrive but when they did, they were much smaller. What I would consider about 2 sizes down from the 5x. They aren’t as long so the don’t come up as high as I like in my calves. The foot is also shorter.I was able to get them on after wearing the doubles up 5x’s for several days and they stay up pretty well. Much better than other compression socks I have bought here.They are comfortable and seem good quality. I’ve only had them for 3 days but I flew home in them last night and other than being too short for my foot, I made it through the flight very well.I wish there wasn’t such a drastic difference in the size between these 4x and the 5x which is why 4 stars.Overall, they are the best ones I’ve found yet and provided they wash up well, I will buy more. They are comfortable to sleep in which is a big plus for me. Good value for money. The beige is an awful colour but the black is nice.

I have so many problems with my toes that any kind of pressure creates a great deal of pain. These toeless compression stockings are great. The 2xl fit my 5' 6" 230 lb body real well. They are very heavy so not for warm weather.

These are the best socks or compression socks I’ve ever seen. I love them so much more because the foot is not covered with toes. They are a great material and do not rip or run. They fit well over my calf. I have very thick calves compared to my ankles, and I have a hard time getting something to fit. They are seven acts just for my calf, but they are awesome. They come all the way up to my knee and over it if I needed to. My ankles are always down in the morning when I wear them and I wear them for fun. I don’t even need to wear them, but I wear them because they feel so good.

These hose are tight on my feet, yet loose on my calfs. They will not stay up. Strange fit.
