This is a no returnable product, unless is defective, so if you want to try it and return it, it is not an option. I was not sure (even though it’s great) if I was keeping it, but now I guess I have to.The pistol is great! Weight, quality. Accuracy is also really good. I love that comes with an extra magazine, and about 7 CO2 cylinders with a lot of practice balls.

Well built. Fun to shoot. Pretty accurate. I like having the option to be non-lethal.

I am so glad I bought this. It is easy to learn how to use and works well. I target practiced with a thick cardboard box, the pellets easily penetrated front and back layers. The sights are accurate and no recoil. When firing, the gun does not make a loud noise. So, target practice is nice because it will not be disruptive noise wise.

90% of it is bad. So, I'll start with the ad.The ad says free returns, however I didn't know until I tried to return it, you can only return it if it arrives in a unworking condition/broken. So make sure that you definitely want the over sized, overweight & overpriced Byrna. The price: At $429.99 for all that we are about to mention is WAY overpriced in comparison to other brands and quality. I realize that it it my fault for not doing more research, but this is a learning curve for me.After testing this model out and being almost completely dissatisfied, I purchased the Umarex T4E Walther PPQ .43 caliber and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The PPQ is smaller (more compact) quieter, ALOT LIGHTER, ALOT CHEAPER ($188.97) better quality, better looking (identical to the real deal) and you don't need to special order a holster for it because it's the exact specs of the real deal. After unsuccessfully attempting to buy a holster for the Byrna at a Academy & a gun shop, I realized that I would have to special order a holster from Byrna. Like I said, way too bulky.I contacted Byrna and asked them if they manufactured a smaller/compact model, and they told me "unfortunately no." So I asked if I could return it and was denied.I was finally able to sell it for HALF of what I paid. The Walther PPQ is half of the weight of the Byrna, which is a huge deal if you plan on carrying it, which why wouldn't you?DO YOUR RESEARCH!CHECK OUT THE UMAREX T4E WALTHER PPQ BEFORE YOU BUY THIS MODEL.Remember, no returns on this one, good luck!
