This extension allows for use of the cheap crossman 12g c02 cartridgesByrna says not to use crossman co2’s but I use them for practice at a great cheaper price. They seem to work well for practice and when practice is done I place a Byrna co2 for defenseWhat a savings

I did not like the price. Its a simple piece of specialty metal and in a perfect world it would cost like $5. But the alternative that is half the price requires you to take your entire gun apart to install this thing inside the chamber, it not only looks ridiculous but the likelihood of your putting it back together in good working order is not great. Watched a guy on youtube who likes to take things apart and he was having a hell of a time. So this is much better

The 12g co2 extender installed easily in about 5 minutes. The added length did not prevent the SD from fitting into the "Tactical Scorpion Gear Polymer Paddle Level II Holster". it works perfectly with the 12g co2 cartridges. In addition, I found it possible to still use the 8g cartridges by loading the cartridge then placing a Byrna kinetic projectile behind it before screwing on the cap. I have gone through six 8g cartridges practicing with no failures and no damage to the SD or K-Projectile I used as a spacer.

Works great and much stronger shot. I been using the stock 8g co2's, but the 12g makes a big difference.I'm happy with my purchase and the seller.

Just a little difficult to put on I have big hands so it's problematic with the 3 small nuts and screws that attach the extension to the byrna but other than that I even purchased the extended magazine because of course you can shoot alot more with regular co2 cartridge

Adding the extension makes the launcher look much better and gives me a few more shots. Also it is easier to get 12gr co2 cartridges more universal.
