I recently purchased this 12-inch round parchment paper, and it has been a game-changer for my bread baking! These parchment paper circles fit my 9" round cake and spring form pans perfectly. I have always had an issue with part of the cake bottom sticking to the pan, but these papers take that problem away!

Got these for blind baking 9 inch pie crust. They don’t fully line the sides, but keep weights from touching the dough. 10 inches is too short to pull the weights up and out by the parchment. I’ll size up next time. Still a great time saver.
