After I install this faucet it leaked, I tried all different ways to stop the leak. I had to return it I would never buy it again.

EDITED 5/24/24 - Seller contacted me about issue right away. This should not have had a problem at all if amazon had made contact with seller or allowed me to.All is well. Great faucet, was missing a washer when delivered, seller sent me a set of hose connections right after original review was posted.Thank you!ORIGINAL REVIEW - I should have read all reviews, since now I see I am not the first person that has had a problem with this faucet.The hot water line leaks tremendously, due to a missing rubber washer. I figured stuff happens, tried to contact the seller. All I need is that tiny little rubber washer. The ones at the hardware stores I have been to don't have the proper size. I tried 2 different ones and no good came out of that.When attempting to contact seller, Amz would not get me in touch with them, too bad so sad, past the return date.So I have this beautiful, sturdy, elegant faucet, that I can't use because Amz won't connect me to the seller. That's that.So, Seller. Let Amz know they are not being helpful and making you get bad ratings products you sell for issues that are likely accidents that could be dealt with easily.

The first Bar Faucet the gasket with a screen in it was damaged, after waiting... and getting a replacement all was good.

I purchased 4 of these faucets. I hired a plumber to do a bunch of work including installing the new faucets. 3 of the 4 went smooth. On the 4th one, the pop up drain threads are messed up. He couldnt tighten the nut down to hold the drain in place. The company boasts a warranty but, I can find no information on it. I'm having trouble even contacting the company. After much searching, I cant find any customer service number. I found a contact us tab and attempted to send an email. It said the email wouldnt go through at this time try again later. Very frustrating. It looks like I'll have to go buy a new pop up drain so the plumber can finish the install.
