Got these to go on the bottom of TIEM shoes for spin class! Easy to install. Was nervous I didn’t buy the right attachment but they perfectly the first time I used them. You just have to have the pedal upside down to click in!

I purchased these so my cycle clip-in shoes could pair with my gyms spin bikes. Easy to install, haven't had any issues with them slipping on the shoe and turning making it difficulty to clip-in. All in all good product.

Passen in alle gängigen Schuhe und halten bombenfest in den Pedalen. Durch die Stellschraube am Pedal selbst kann dann eingestellt werden, wie leicht man durch eine Drehung mit der Ferse nach außen wieder aus der Verbindung kommt.Anfänglich hatte ich etwas Angst, dass ich mit dem Klicksystem nicht zurechtkommen und ständig auf der Seite liegen würde.Diese Angst war absolut unbegründet, bisher noch kein Kippen beim Stehenbleiben dank der Cleats und idealer Einstellungen am Material
