This whip is extremely well made and durable. It is well sufficient for use for self defense as I ordered it for. The leather is strong and of good quality. Well worth the price.

First off, I'd like to say that this is a purchase that I have been wanting to make for almost 30 years now. When I was a kid I always wanted a bullwhip like Indiana Jones! I used to play with my very cheap whip in the backyard pretending to go on adventures. Now that I'm older now, I still wanted one, but wanted to make sure I didn't settle for a cheap knock off. THIS IS NO CHEAP KNOCK OFF! It is solid and has great weight to it. Very well constructed and cracks like a dream. If you are hesitant about purchasing this product, dont! Also, the whip came about a week earlier than I expected, which was amazing!

Came earlier than it said, that was a good start. Carefully packaged, everything was there, receipt signed personallyI was stuck at home a couple months ago (thanks covid) and ordered a 6 Foot leather bullwhip at a modest price to see if it's something I wanted to get intoThe whip was sitting under my chair while playing video games and my pitbull performed a very precise whipectomy with her teeth without me even knowingI replaced the fall and poppers, but something she did caused it to never really handle the same againI was wanting an 8ft anyway, so I ordered this one. I had fun with the first one, had just got the hang of the reverse crack... So may as well upgrade as well as replaceTwo extra feet on a brand new whip will take some getting used to... But I was able to get it moving over my head and when I snapped it the opposite direction.... KA-BLAM!! Thing popped like a rifle through the neighborhoodFortunately for me, it's not illegal for one's neighbors to think them eccentricWill update if my experience changes either way, thanks!
