I was very pleased with the quality of this gable vent. Thanks to my brother-in-law, whose a perfectionist in carpentry, replacing two smaller wooden vents that had rotted out after 26 years, resulted in a beautiful job. I was amazed at his ability to bend vinyl siding in order to nail the units in place. Love the border ring that snaps into place. The color is a little darker than our almond siding, but we wanted it that way. The picture shows it a little darker than it is in reality. Love the way they look and the inner screen is well bonded, so should keep bugs out of the attic for years to come. Glad I went with Builders Edge!
