I did not know torque specs for the chainring bolts. I tightened them to 75 inch-ponds. That is popular torque for Shimano chainring bolts for steel sprockets. Got this double crankset for a custom Mtn bike build-up.

What I needed to replace a crank that didn't have holes for a 2x small chainring. Only problem was the large (Sh1mano) chainring I had did not fit flush (even thought the holes were the correct bcd) so I had to file some of the edges of the crankarm off to get the chainring to fit flush.

Excellent machining of the large chain ring. Good quality throughout. A bit on the heavy side.

Converted from 3x8 24sp to 2x10 20sp. Crankset went together easily and is working as it should

Saludos, vale la pena la inversion, aunque el producto indica que es usado, solo tiene minimos detalles, pero no por que se hubiese instalado, mas bien es como de rayones minimos por el viaje.

I wanted to replace the proprietary chainring on my 2012 TerraTrike Rover in order to climb hills easier. The Sturmey Archer internal 8 is geared too high for rolling terrain. Standard tapered bottom bracket so this fit slick. I've a 22 tooth chainring on the 64 bolt center of this crank. I could've bought a crank set with that size only but who knows, I could go up to a bigger gear some day if I want. The extra arm length looks a bit off but it's the way it is, I don't notice anymore. Price was ok, not too expensive or cheap, looks good on a silver frame too. Makes the Rover fun to ride now.
