I’ve ordered two kayaks first one from a different company arrived with three holes in it shipper did it. This one arrived in perfect shape very pleased it was worth ordering again I figured the first was just a fluke and they took care of it right away enjoy

Arrived at 9 PM last night. Carefully packaged and well wrapped. No dings or tears in packaging. It everything we could have hope for.It was many days over due but I reached out to the Seller via Amazon (not thru the useless Amazon communication) but directly with Seller (problem with order). The seller was always helpful and got back to me in a timely manner. I would presume the delay was due to all the Christmas shipping and the logistics. Definitely not a small package to ship! We bought 2 kayaks and they are both very nice. Hopefully it will warm up soon so we can get them in the water.

Very satisfied with the kayak,can’t beat the price,didn’t come with any paper work,I contacted BKC they responded right away and sent me the paper work to register it with the DNR in my state.
