Purchased to braze together stainless steel brake line for an RC car project. This product was recommended on a youtube video I had watched for this type of work. Seems like a high quality product for the application.

Best solution for steel to copper connections on refrigerators. Sand really good and remove all oil and it bonds with very little product. Done about 10 refrigerators and still not done with first stick.

These rods are awesome. Very easy to work with compared to bronze rods because of lower melting point. Used to repair mower deck. Flows wonderfully and is amazingly strong.

Brazing stainless steel and dis-similar metals is a BREEZE with this flux-coated rod. It IS expensive- yet worth every penny. I also use it to put cable ends onto 7/7 SS cable. This makes brazing so easy--- it makes brazing as simple as lead-soldering copper pipe. The stuff just flows like magic. Its tensile strength is rated VERY high compared to silicon bronze rod.
