I have been a spiritual person who practices meditation and some sound healing for years and always wanted my own singing bowl, which is why I decided to order this set. I really wanted to love it, but I don't, it needs a lot of work. It got my hopes up at first because this set is packaged really well, and it looks really nice and totally ready for gift giving. However, I would not ever feel comfortable giving this set as a gift because overall it comes off as cheap and low quality. The singing bowl is teeny tiny, and it does not sing. I have used many other singing bowls and even sold them working at a spiritual store in the past, so I am very familiar with them and how to use them, but the issue with this one is that one, it's so small it's hard to even use, but two, and more so the problem overall, is that the bowl is just not smooth and made well, so it doesn't carry a tone well. The chakra emblems on the small disc shaped stones do not look as nice as neat as the pictures and are not all centered well. So again, overall, I really wanted to love this set but it just didn't work for me, and as an experienced spiritual salesman, I cannot recommend this set to anyone based on the low quality of what you get.

I really wanted to have high hopes for this little singing bowl but it is merely just a dud. I opened the beautiful packaging of this product got everything set up even researched how to use the singing bowl and nothing. I can hit the side get a nice ding but cannot make it sing like it is supposed to. I tried and tried and multiple different ways as well. So I did a little research and found that if the brass the bowl is made of has any dents or anything will make the bowl impure and not able to use it properly. I can say even though the chakra stones are small they are still very useful and probably the only thing I will be able to use fully from this. So just keep in mind I may have gotten a dud singing bowl you may not so its chance either way.

It comes in a box ready to be gifted, but just make sure to check it and reset everything. When we opened the box all the stones were strewn around the inside, and things were unseated. Nothing was damaged though.The singing bowl takes a little of getting used to on how to "play" it if you haven't done it before, but after a few minutes of practice you can probably create a tone. There isn't any instructions in the box, but it does have a nice chart talking about what the Chakra stones do. While both my wife and I are people who like and collect mystical and metaphysical stuff, we aren't really "healing crystals" type people so outside of the bowl, the handle and the cute little rest, the other stuff were fine but not exactly in our wheel house on what's amazing or not.This would be a great gift for someone in your life (or yourself) that would find something like this pleasing. The product is nicely presented, packaged decently, and the product itself is of good quality.

The bowl is small but really strong, feels like solid metal. The stand is nice. It's a very pretty set. The sound is nice. I'm no expert or anything I honestly ordered this to see if my daughter on the spectrum would respond to the sounds. But I think it's all really well made and at the very least is nice to look at. It wasn't hard for me to figure out how to use it.

This singing bowl set comes nicely packaged. The chakra stones and bowl are gorgeous.It's pretty easy to figure out the basics of how to use it, and there are plenty of videos and info online if you want to try some different techniques.The bowl fits nicely into your palm or in the included padded fabric ring, and the tone is lovely, very soothing and calming.

This is my first singing bowl so I'm not that familiar with them, but I'm really happy with it. It's a beautiful set and I love the box. The bowl has a nice tone and resonance to it that seems like the real deal to me. This would make a great gift.
