The rubber bulb is approximately 3” inches in diameter. The brass tube-fitting is of 1.5 inches in length and approximately 5/8 inch in diameter. This replacement bulb is 7" in length and the width of the bulb is 3". The tip is 11/16". The bulb is about the size of a softball. The Spare bulb is the female end that screws over the treads on the horn (male) end with a 5/8" fitting. Why should I pay shipping to return something that had free shipping?It does not fit my horn although it should.

The black bulb seems to be a nice piece. The brass tube did not fit my current horn, so I had to remove it and insert my own old piece. The reed looks like it was cast in someone's back yard and machined with an axe. Fortunately, mine still worked. If I had it to do over again, I would buy just the bulb.

These horn bulbs were delivered timely. The old horn bulbs were so old they were crumbling. The new ones not only look good but they work! At Christmas my grandkids love to surprise everyone when they squeeze it and it squawks so loud!
