The grain's high-tensile strength helps prevent fracturing. Specially formulated resinoid bonds are applied to help ensure long wheel life. Multiple layers of long, stranded fiberglass are woven to form an exceptionally strong reinforcement layer to stand up to tough metal-grinding jobs. This Type 27 wheel features a depressed center wheel designed for grinding. It is an optimal match with the Bosch GWS12V-30 3 In. grinder. It is compatible with standard 3 In. grinders and cut saws with 3/8 In. arbors.

The hole in these disks is around a half millimeter too small to fit on the raised area that holds and centers the disk on my model of grinder.I assume it fits a slightly different Bosch 12v angle grinder. I guess mine is the European version.Would be nice if they just said that on the page instead of making people guess and search through pages of manuals to try and figure this stuff out.Amazon, please improve this.

Fits the Milwaukee m12 cut-off tool and useful for projects a requiring grinding instead of only cutting.

It's a grinding disc, just smaller. Works well with the bosch 3" cut-off tool and seems to last. Just a note, it's not described properly but this is a 2-pack.

I mean, the product itself gets all 5 stars because it works well. BUT...I have the DeWalt DCS438. I cannot speak for any other mini grinder, because the one I have is the one I have. This wheel really does not want to squeeze under the safety guard of my specific tool. The only way I could make it work was to put it in backwards.Once I put in in that way, it did the job perfectly...I just had to work at funny angles, is all. And hey, I may find out there is a quick way to remove that safety guard to put this thing in, which will alleviate even this compatibility issue. Just beware that if you are running my exact tool, you may have a compatibility issue with this wheel.
