Bolt came off immediately would not stay tight to keep bearing on bit.

I was cutting 3/4" oak and it was cutting fine to start. Then the bearing locked up and proceeded to fly off after only cutting about 20" (linear) of material. Would not recommend.

I probably replace bits too often, because the number one problem people have with power tools is dull blades, bits, or discs. For that reason I can't speak of the longevity of the bit, but I can saw I have never been disappointed with Bosch bits, blades, or discs.
