Installation was pretty easy. Fit was great with the vehicle, only rub was with the trailer hitch. The exhaust tip just barely fit the opening and makes contact in two places. Hard to fault Borla for interference with other aftermarket parts though. Only disappointment was with the volume... So quiet. Great for most, not quite what I was after, but it works to make the truck legal (hole in 20 y.o. OEM muffler), fits great, and looks great.I definitely recommend.

Installed on my 2003 Lexus LX470. Removal of the old exhaust took longer than the installation of the new exhaust. Seems like good quality and after 2 months is doing fine. The sound is a bit deeper and louder when accelerating but overall i like it.

It was much easier installing this exhaust system than removing the old one, as I had to cut off all of the old bolts. After 20 years, they were fused to the nuts. After that was out if the way, the Borla fit right into place without any hassle. I only had to drop the spare out if the way, but not much else. You do need to order your own bolts (4) and gaskets (2) for the Cat to Y-pipe connections. I used these gaskets: https://www.amazon.com/your-orders/pop?packageId=1&ref=ppx_yo2_mob_b_pop__fp_7_pp&orderId=111-0084564-8032279&lineItemId=kosltrmmtllqqny&shipmentId=DBj7fBPM3The bolts I used were Toyota original equipment non-nylon locking bolts specific to this application. I ordered them from a landcruiser parts website and i paid way too much, so I'm not going to embarrass myself further by providing a link! The sound is great! Not too loud, but definitely more throaty than stock. My wife was worried that it would be loud, but even she thinks it sounds better. The quality is solid, everything fit perfectly, even with the trailer hitch. The pretty chrome tailpipe doesn't show very much, but that's fine because it's less likely to snag on something off road. It also gives a few inches of clearance underneath, as the Borla unit isn't nearly as bulky as the stock muffler. They also throw in a nifty looking hat that I'll never wear, but it's a nice way to trick people into advertising their brand, along with the cool window stickers. It costs MUCH more than the alternatives, but I like the Borla sound and million mile warranty. The engine feels a bit more peppy too. Nothing dramatic, and possibly just wishful thinking on my part, but after dropping $700, it takes a bit of that to convince yourself that you need this. Overall love the product, but think a more reasonable price would be around $400.

Stock OEM was replaced by previous owner of the truck with cheap Midas crap that rotted out. Replaced it with this Borla. Install went smoothly on 99 LX470. Nice build quality. Will definitely last as long as the OEM. Exhaust has a nice deep tone. Nice rumble when starting it :) It doesn't drone on the highway as much as I feared so that is good.

Great quality, nice stainless. Much lighter than the factory exhaust. Not loud! Barely louder than stock which is good for a Land Cruiser. Has a good tone to it without any drone during cruising speeds. If your looking for aggressive V8 rumble this will disappoint you. But if you want a quality stainless replacement for the factory muffler this works great.

First and foremost this is NOT a "Cat-back" system - it fails to include the intermediary pipe between the driver's side cat and the muffler, you have to provide that yourself at an additional $130 cost and no-one makes it in stainless steel. It DID bolt up to factory flanges perfectly and hangers lined up with factory isolators as well. Its also the ONLY solution for cheap exhaust systems that rot out every 1-2 years. HOWEVER the largest problem with this kit is that the welded-on exhaust tip DOES NOT FIT THROUGH THE ALLOWABLE SPACE IN THE FACTORY HITCH! What im saying is that purchasing this requires you to buy an unprovided pipe from BEHIND the cat, provide all the new isolators if needed), provide your own new flange bolts AND REMOVE YOUR FACTORY HITCH. This really kinda pi$$es me off because EVERY series 100 Toyota Land Cruiser has a factory hitch and Borla ignorantly made the decorative exhaust tip SO WIDE that it mandates the removal of the hitch. SO BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SACRIFICE OF YOUR TOWING ABILITY (or be forced to hack up that fat, pretty exhaust tip with a grinder to get it to fit through the space permitted by the factory installed hitch

Should include a new gasket. Cheap part and I would not have had to make another trip to the auto parts.
