I love this product because it's the best paper I've ever used for ink illustrations. However, it came in dented and smelling really weird. The packaging didn't protect the notebook at all.

This paper is very smooth and the markers blend and spread well on it. I used prismacolor and concept brands of illustration markers. The only thing is that despite it saying it won't bleed, in places where I applied heavy ink, it definitely bled significantly onto the next sheet, but no further. So I would put a buffer sheet of paper in between just to be on the safe side.

This paper crumples under light touch, and leaves markings from your pen on the following pages because it's so very thin. It has a bit of a texture, almost grainy (see photo), to it as well that I wasn't expecting, not allowing for smooth marker flow across the page. All I know is that I work very delicately and patiently with the precision artwork that I do, and this paper has given me these problems. I'm switching back to regular copy paper until I can find a better marker paper. I recommend looking elsewhere if you're on the hunt for a quality marker paper.

It was purchased for use to smooth polymer clay joints, and it works well.
