  • Yes, the cylinder jack CAN retract automatically. After use, you need to loosen the oil return valve of the hydraulic pump first, and then the jack can retract automatically.

  • The jack adopts a threaded ZG3/8" male quick connector, so it needs a female connector on the pump.

Bought this jack and couldnt use it right away. Has to modify it work on american pumps. Couplings are differant than ours here in USA.

It worked great I did find that the threads did not hold up to pressing the bushings in but other than that it worked. Thats the only reason for the four stars

This ram is extremely strong and very well made. The ram wouldn’t retract after using it. I contacted the company by email explaining the problem. The ram automatically retracts when the pressure is released. The ram became seized halfway extended.I received a reply within 24 hours asking for a short video explaining the problem. I took video of the ram extended with fitting removed. Something internally had broken which prevented the ram movement.I emailed the video and within another 24 hours I received notice that a new ram was shipped.I received the ram two days later.This is a fantastic company which stands behind their product!!

I used this cylinder once and is can not even retractor unless I put it under my outrigger on my service truck. I know it’s the cylinder since my other ones still work.
