The quality is excellent. It is study and feels like it will last a very long time. I gave it only 4 stars because I needed it to because to make a full revolution. The design prevents it from doing that. It sits too low on the clamp and hits the desk which prevents the full revolution. That being said, my needs are unique and if all you are using it for is to work do work on your computer, then this will serve you well. I am an artist and hoped that this would freely move while my shoulder was protected. That was not the case. But like I said, for a computer user, this ia a great addition to your set-up. It is very good value for the money. It is comfortable to use since the height is adjustable, and it is sturdy. There is a foam pad where your arm rests and it looks like it would accommodate most users regarding what size their arms is.

I honestly think this might be the single best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Every time I notice that it exists and have it installed, I'm reminded of how much better its made my life. The elbow pain I was dealing with? Gone. The comfort using my computer (which I have to do a lot, its my job) is just wonderful. And honestly, it's just so *cool* to use, I enjoy just looking at it and moving it around. My one quibble is that the connector didn't work great with my original desk. But my original desk sucked, and it works great with my new non-sucky desk. But I guess keep that in mind, if your desk sucks this will be a lot less good. But seriously, this thing is just amazing.

Köpte först ett par till min fru och därefter ett par till mig själv. Mkt stabila, lättrörliga, sköna, samt billiga.

I have a good office chair and didn't want to replace it, but I needed taller arm rests because my shoulders were hurting. It took less than 30 seconds to install, you don't even need directions. The support is great, you can adjust the height with a small switch (no screwdrivers or allen wrench required!), and it moves with your movements. There is a small pad that your arm or wrist can rest on for comfort as well. I am honestly blown away by how this thing moves with your own movements and the quality seems to be very good, it doesn't feel cheap at all.

Great product. Works better than expected, the swing arm is sturdy and allows me to move my arm/hand around my desk to reach my mouse and keyboard without having to lift my arm from the support.

I've been playing video games for a very long time and it's important to me to be able to keep playing. It's the main thing that helps distract me from pain and illness. I have systemic lupus and a genetic type of arthritis that's destroying my joints. The most recent joint to go is my right shoulder that needs to be replaced. It was getting extremely painful trying to use my system and play games. It was getting near impossible to sit and play for any length of time. This has completely changed that and I can play without pain. Occasionally there still might be a tiny bit of pain if it's a bad day but no where near the amount it was before. I've lost the ability to do a lot of things I once enjoyed and was afraid playing video games was next on the list. Thanks to this device, it's no longer a concern. Thank you to whoever came up with the idea and design, it's restored my ability to do something I love.

This thing is great I don’t get the negative reviews. Great way to biohack your posture. It comes fully assembled just clamp and go. You can also adjust the height with one simple lever. Beautiful tool for people needing elbow support at the desk.

I have shoulder problems which I questioned was from mouse holding angle not being ergonomic and thought these would help. When I attached them to the table I was working on, they don't come out that far so they end up resting just below the elbow under your upper forearm and does not bend down past level to the mount, which means, they only lift up in the bend. The problem with this is it basically does the identical thing your office chair armrest does. You think "ok, but it will move with you" unfortunately under the weight of you resting on it, it instantly becomes stiffer to move and almost becomes static just becoming a glorified armrest that moves fractionally. In short, It did not help my shoulder at all and if anything exacerbated it even more. All in all I just couldn't figure the point of them unless you don't have armrests on your chair. I returned mine.

These are game-changers. The construction is incredibly sturdy, being metal for all the parts except the little curved bit where your arm sits. I worried that there wasn't enough padding, but they are shaped right and I have had no issues at all, even when using them for very extended periods of time (like 8 hours or more).I have a standing desk, so these mounting to the edges means I can support my arm weight and ease the strain on my shoulders even while I'm standing, which is amazing! Also, my desk chair's arms are way too far apart, and I didn't even realize how much it was contributing to my back, neck, and shoulder pain until I got these.Being able to swing my arm back and forth between typing and using my mouse has made a monumental difference for me. I didn't even realize how much I was leaning on the left arm rest of my chair until I got these... I was putting way too much of my weight in a lop-sided position. It took a little getting used to, but these are great for my posture because if I slouch too much, they'll drift a little, but if I square my shoulders and straighten my back, they support me exactly as much as I need them to.Note: one of the tiny pins was slightly loose in one of mine, so I had to carefully tap it back into place so that it didn't fall out. You can't even tell that it was loose now, which I showed in the pictures.

It works well if you only use a mouse. I bought it for use with my drawing tablet and mouse and after a while my elbow gets irritated. Therefore I rated it 3 stars.

I am really not exaggerating when I say how good this support is. Its strong, study and no assembly required, just attach to your desk and adjust the height to your preference, I have bought gimmicks in the past are supposed to help but none have been as effective or as comfortable as this. It not only gives your arm the support needed but also encourages good posture, I can already feel the benefit on my mouse hand and my RSI is already much improved. Its a brilliant support and really good value for money. I will be buying another for work.

I'd always read about "proper" wrist ergonomic wrist position, but never had experienced it. For my lifetime I've always rested my arms on my desk and wrists bent back a bit as my hands/fingers typed on my keyboard. With a newly gifted "standing desk" I realized that this problem might only get worse, and now there was strain on my shoulders too! Saw this while searching for wrist-rests and thought I'd give it a try instead.I'll admit I was skeptical -- I was concerned when I purchased this that I wouldn't be able to get it high enough to actually have my wrist "hang" in the proper hand-position to eliminate strain. I'm happy to report -- I WAS WRONG!I purchased two, easily clamped onto my desk, easily adjusted the height and WOW -- they work and LOVE them!- They support all levels of weight I've put on them- The cupped part your arm goes in is comfortable, with a thin but durable rubberized surface which is perfect for the forearm (how I use it)- The 3 articulating points (one being under the forearm cup) allow full use of keyboard AND mouse without feeling controlled or inhibited! I can even move them completely out of my way (outside) when not in use5 stars all around so far. Fantastic!
