- The Bont Elemental inline speed skating racing wheel is our mid-range wheel. It is a perfect wheel for all types of training and racing. It can be used indoors and outdoors
- If you are looking to buy a bang for your buck inline racing wheel, this is one to consider. The wheel's hardness is 85A which is good for smooth to medium surfaces. It can also be used on the banked track
- The hub or core of the wheel is made of nylon reinforced plastic. It has good shock absorption. The urethane has good rebound, wear and roll properties. Everything a good inline skating wheel needs
- The Elemental wheel comes in 90mm, 100mm and 110mm diameters and fits 608 bearings
- Available as a single wheel, set of 6 or set of 8, with or without spacers
HISTORY
Bont was founded in Sydney in 1975 when Inze Bont, a recreational speed skater decided to fiberglass the back of his leather speed skates to gain more support. Bont was the first footwear manufacturer to use exotic material like fiberglass in 1974, Kevlar in 1986 and Carbon Fiber in 1989, and the first to use heat moldable resins and thermoplastics. In the 1980's Bont dominated the quad racing scene with the lightest and strongest boots on the market thanks to our unique one-piece manufacturing technique. Bont was the first quad skate company to use lace covers, velcro, and aluminum strengtheners in the boots.

They don't come with bearings, so just keep that in mind, but they're great wheels! I bought them for my friend for Christmas, and he's been using them for a few months now! He loves them and zooms through the city!

The wheels worked great! They are going on my outdoor skates. Used Rollerblade bearings on them. I am using these 3WD without brakes for the first time in my life. So we will see how long they last with using the wheels to brake. I wish they were glow in the dark. The compound looks like they are glow but they don't seem to be. Just a non-marking compound.

After 2 months of use, I have to say they're still in pretty good shape. I do use these for speed skating. It's worth the price.
