It came with missing crews. The requirements for a return is that the item must be in its original package. The item was shipped in a plastic bag with tape all around it. There's no way to open it while preserving the bag in the event you wants to return it. Accept the missing crews the item looks just like the picture.

The package arrived with only one bolt. Package shipped in Amazon package already tore up. Everything else in the box was ok! The product seems ok.

My husband ordered these. I don't know what they do but he is a mason. He was very pleased when he got them in the mail and said they were nice, and he hasn't complained about them yet, so I assume they are a good product for whatever they do.

Very misleading picture. In the picture you can see that they are blue and have the grooves for the line. The product sent out to me did not have the grooves for the line and are not blue. I paid extra for the blue and assumed they had the line grooves. You are better off buying the Marshalltown ones and saving 5$ and a headache also the Marshalltown one are better for adjusting. I put a picture of the bon tool ones and the Marshalltown ones.
