This is a good looking shoe that we bought for my husband to wear on stage (professional musician). Unfortunately , it runs small and since he wears a size 13, we couldn’t choose a larger size. Also, the zipper was extremely stiff and difficult to unzip, tearing up the skin on my finger. It took two of us to get the zipper unzipped so that my husband could take the boot off. Thank goodness for free returns.

I gave a 5 because of customer service. I wear an 11. I couldn't even get my foot in the boot. The boot looked good and was packaged well. When I contacted customer it was no problem. They sent me the return info I took the package to the UPS store and they refunded my money almost immediately.

For the price that was charged for these boots the quality level was very low. I ordered my typical size 10 and it was extremely difficult to put on with extreme discomfort! I immediately returned the boots and a refund was issued.

Top notch customer service! I had a slight issue with my order, and they responded almost immediately and exceeded my expectations. Overall, the shoe is stylish and comfortable. The fit was close to what I expected for the size - perhaps a tad small but still comfortable - and I would definitely order these again. My buddy at work said he loves them too. I will definitely wear them, and I would absolutely order from Just Mens Shoes again.

I originally ordered a size 10 ( my usual size ) ... they were way to tight and did not fit ( killed my feet ) I was going to reorder a size 10.5 , but they don't have in stock .... so I took a chance and ordered a size 11 !!!! thank goodness I did ... they fit perfect ... the sellers description says " true to size " .... but they sure were not in my case .... now that I have boots that fit ... I LOVE THEM !!!! they look great !!!!

Quality good, but not great. Haven't worn them enough to comment, but fairly comfortable fit, even though a bit tighter than expected.
