If you have a feather backpack for carnival, this is a must to waterproof them easy and keep your feathers dry in case of rain or water splash

I use this to refill my dry shake bottles for dry flies. Great value considering the cost of dry shake at the fly shop.

I build my own arrows and have only shot feather fletching for decades. Tried vanes, but there is nothing like a feather for stability and forgiveness if your fletch hits something unintended. Other than giving up a tiny amount of arrow speed, the only downside to feathers can be rain. Even though feathers will still fly well when wet, they can only take so much and then performance is degraded a little bit. This product has always worked well for me even though I have rarely needed it, but there is always that stray, unforecasted rain storm that catches you off guard from time to time. Far better than sprays, etc. Use with confidence. I hope they never stop making it.

This is the exact same stuff as dry shake for fly fishing (drying dry flies that are a little wet). A fly guide gave me the tip and he was 100% right.Save yourself big $$ and buy a bottle of this. It’s enough for at least 4-5 refills of your empty dry shake bottle.

I will use this for floating dry flies for fishing. It works as well as other dry powder floatant I have when testing in a sink. I think it may stick on the fly longer when on the stream. It feels more tenacious when rubbing my fingers together. It is a lot less expensive.

I use this one consistently for work. Because I use this for larger pieces of featherwork (not just arrows) I do wish there were different quantities available. Despite that Iʻm so glad that this is available and that it works great!
