Thought it would be good substitute for a leg press, but the workout feels like a seated dead lift. Maybe with a harness to isolate the legs it might be okay. Compared to a dedicated rowing machine I would prefer that to this attachment because the rowing machine feels like natural rowing, and this pulls you back to the start as a rowing machine doesn't. The build quality is good but the holes in the foot board didn't quite line up the bracket and I had to use a mallet to get the rods in that hold the foot boards to the frame. The last thing is, where to store this while not in use? The wheels make it easy to move around but it won't lean up against a wall unless you block the wheels with something.

The plastic on the foot strap was broken. I contacted the manufacture and eventually they sent me a new strap for free. I have a traditional rower, but it takes up a lot of space, is heavy to move around and does not have a resistance as high as I would like to build muscle. It's great for cardio not for muscle. This rower is solid and light weight. It takes up a lot less space than my traditional rower. Overall, I am happy with it and would recommend it if you accept its limitations (see below). The negatives:For cardio and speed, I move faster than the cable on my machine and I end up getting slack in the cable. I find a total of 30lb on the cable is min to have a decent speed without the cable getting too much slack and not too much weight where I fatigue too quickly. This is probably just how the mechanics work and there is nothing that can be done about it. If your remove or take the wight off the overhead cable by removing the pull-down bar it helps with this issue. But it is something to consider if you are looking to purchase this rower. (Maybe attaching some sort of band to the cable would help, IDK I'll have to try it)There is no place to put the bar in between your feet. A normal rower has a hook/bar holder in-between your feet to hold the bar. This has nothing so the bar just flops around. There is a place to put a hook to hold onto the bar, they just did not put one. Hopefully in the future they make an attachment or incorporate it into the design.

It fits my pulley system from fitness reality. It creaks a bit while moving but it works and otherwise feels robust. Does not stay perfectly planted when I am going turbo but good enough.Price is steep for just an attachment. If its last a long time then maybe the price could be justified.Good buy so far.

If you need an addition to your home gym to work your legs, this is the product to have. I love that I can row without having to hook anything up to use the rower . It’s just ready to go as long as you have a pulley/cable, weight system. Another thing I really like is….I can put on a harness, and use it as a leg press.I love it!
