I’ve been a fan of BOCOMAL for a while, owning several of their flame-resistant shirts, coats, and hats, and this FR hooded t-shirt does not disappoint! As always, the quality is top-notch. The 7.1oz fabric feels sturdy yet comfortable, and the hoodie provides a great balance of protection and breathability. It’s certified to NFPA 2112 and CAT 2 standards, which gives me peace of mind knowing it’s up to code for safety.The fit is great—not too loose, but not tight either, so I can move around easily on the job. Really liked the feel and fit of this. Wouldn’t say this is actually FR though 🤔 I’m a structural welder and not even three shifts in this got burn holes two in the chest. Bought a few of these but now going to return unfortunately due to lack of durability.

I had been wanting an FR hoodie for some time because I don't like always having to carry the welding jacket then changing in and out of it for school. I only wear this on school days, so I'm quicker to get into the lab and more comfortable throughout class.This hoodie is so soft, I didn't think that it could be effective PPE, but it is standing up to even 3F and 4F Welding just fine. I guess the real test will come when I'm doing dual shield flux core at 25 volts and 500 IPM.At this price, I can see myself getting a few more. I definitely recommend this hoodie.

This is my second shirt, it fits like you’d expect and great for warm weather. I work in refineries so long sleeves and FR are a requirement. This shirt isnt too thick and the hood is light weight enough to wear under my hard hat all day but big enough that it will fit over the top of my hard hat comfortably also.
