Product seems fine, but the template was off! I didn't think to check it against the brackets before drilling the holes, only to find that they were way off. Super frustrating!! Please fix this for future customers who don't want extra holes in their walls.

Included template is a great touch, but the hooks on ours didn’t match the template and needed to be relocated to match holes in the wall! Check their template against their handiwork first.

Well made, all wood construction except for plastic lower hangers and those appear to be sturdy.I carefully used the enclosed cardboard template to mark holes for Mollys, drilled holes carefully in stages, and slowly turned in Molly screws. It hung perfectly.

We needed a way to organize mail and my daughter's school papers. This did the trick and has also became a place to hang school art projects. It hangs in our kitchen. Our kitchen is grey, white with dark brown cabinets and all stainless steel so this organizer fits the modern decor well. I like that the compartments can fit full sized folders.Would definitely purchase again.
