The product is sturdy, very good maybe excellent but I have take off one star because instructions are not clear at all. True, there is not a lot to do for setup but this simple setup is not properly explained with the provided guide. Too much black on black so so there a clear visibility issue. How to use of provided parts is murky. As an expert handyman, I spent more than 3 hours understanding how to proceed. Seller should rewrite setup instructions to make them clear within three minutes.

I was very happy with this purchase, it was a bit awkward to get setup by myself so I would highly recommend you have a helper to set it up. It works great and very relaxing especially in zero g mode with massager.

The design is unique instructure ,ease of assembly,with quite motor operations positioning and vibration.

I've got one for myself and my son loved it so much. I had to get him one. And it works amazing even has a little light underneath mine didn't come with that and I paid five times more.

Having done extensive research incl reading hundreds of reviews of the major brands of adjustable beds we chose the e4 split California King from Blissful Nights. It has the most features for the least price (about half the major brands products!), it is whisper quiet when adjusting, appears very well constructed and thoughtfully laid out, is very stable, and is e . . . er, not complicated to assemble. However, it is very heavy, so two people recommended to muscle it into place. But I did do most of the actual assembly by myself and I'm 74 yrs old!The instructions are not very thorough so you will have to figure out a few things for yourself, but it's not too tricky. Delivery was a nightmare because it wasn't Amazon but FedEx. While promised a two day delivery, as of the second afternoon it hadn't even been scanned into their shipping hub despite having been picked up the previous morning. Then they sent it to Stockton, CA whereas we're on the Monterey Bay, so we received the bed base on the 5th day. I have no complaints about Blissful Nights, my direct contacts with them have gone well.

The aches and pains of an aging body led me to look into adjustable electric beds and after about a month of research I settled on Blissful Nights E4. A Christmas gift to myself and I don't regret the purchase at all.I had friends assist with the unboxing and setup. The unboxing seemed to take the most effort - but if we had watched the YouTube video in advance, it would have been much easier.The bed is fabulous and I am in love. The Zero G position is my favourite for sleep and can I just say that my ankles and calves havent been this thin looking since the 80s! No more leg cramps at night and my knees seem to be far less painful in the mornings. I can fall asleep and wake up; in the exact same position.Super easy remote to use, wish it had a locate beacon/buzzer connected to a phone app as a few mornings I've had to search around for it. The underbed LED light is great as a nightlight for going to the bathroom and going back to bed without being assaulted by bright lights.Over all I highly recommend the bed to anyone considering it. I'll check back in a month or so to update my review should anything change. For now I will close with the tongue in cheek comment, that this near 70 year old woman has finally found the perfect bed partner! Thanks Blissful Nights.

I read a lot of reviews on a lot of adjustable bed frames (and mattresses) and kept coming back to this one. We bought the split king and couldn't be happier with it. We've been sleeping on it for a month now and both love it. It was as easy to put together as the description says and we chose to use one less of the leg support extenders (I'm quite short) and it's a good height for us. Everything worked right out of the box for us with no problems. We still haven't put the brace on to connect the two frames, but we have carpet and they haven't moved at all (we do intend to do this though). We went with 10" mattresses from Lucid and they are also staying together on the beds for us. I didn't think I would care that it vibrates, but surprisingly we both love that feature too. It's more of a jiggle than a massage, but it's enough that it puts us to sleep. We both start in the zero gravity position to play our nightly game of online cribbage together and then change to our favourite preset positions. The motors are very quiet and don't wake the other up if we decide to change how much our head or feet are raised during the night. Snoring is way down for both of us with our heads raised. The under the bed light is also convenient and although other reviewers have said they wished it was on a sensor, I think our lights would be on too much with the dog wandering around during the night. I sleep with my converter at my side but we both have said maybe we should velcro them to our side tables to always have them handy. We honestly have no complaints with these bases, they are sturdy, well made and we hope they last a very long time.

I recently purchased a new mattress from Wink Beds. The adjustable base that they were selling to go with this was double the price, and looked to be almost identical. I saw this had great reviews, so ordered this instead. It arrived quickly. The box was left by FedEx on the driveway, which was annoying. It is very heavy and required me to find a friend with a dolly to bring it into the house. It took two of us and a lot of huffing and puffing. That was the hardest part. Set up directions were very easy and straightforward and it took less than 30 minutes (most of which were spent reading the directions) before the base was up and ready to go. This bed fit perfectly inside my existing wooden bed frame, once I removed the slats that supported the old box spring. I saw some reviews about mattresses slipping on the base. I was worried this might happen. However, I have to say, with my Wink Bed, the mattress is an innerspring bed with a foam/gel infused top and weighs over 125 lbs (queen). I was nervous about an inner spring mattress working with this base. Several reviewers mentioned that a foam mattress is what is designed to go on it. Happily, my 14", inner spring mattress works like a dream with this base. No sliding or moving has been noticed. I can feel the massage working, and the zero gravity feature is fantastic. The base supports up to 750 lbs. with the mattress. It is a heavy duty, well constructed product, and I couldn't be happier. The lighting underneath the bed is soft and allows for easily checking if the cat has gone under the bed before you adjust it (make sure the pets aren't under while you are moving it). I've only had it a few weeks, but so far, I'm so pleased that I didn't order the $1400 version of this. An excellent, long over due purchase. Love being able to sit up and watch tv/read in bed.

Came well packaged and well labeled to avoid damages. Open the box on the indicated side up for easier removal. The bed is folded and wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve (see photos). Easy setup, no tools needed.Once removed and unfolded, you find all you need is boxed and attached with zip ties to the undercarriage of the bed (see photo). The legs (6 in total) have layered sections that unscrew so you can add or remove height in increments (see photo). The legs have a hard plastic foot, which isn't bad, but we were afraid might scratch the hardwood floor. We attached felt tabs that had adhesive backing, just to be safe (see photo).Both beds easily fit into an existing bed frame when you remove the slats that support the old box spring (see photo showing one of the 2 in place).All the cords lay on the floor, much to the dismay of my lovely wife who like an easy to clean household. To maintain happiness in said household, I twist tied them up and out of the way onto the frame, taking care not to tie to any moving frame parts or where moving frame parts contact each other.There is a battery backup box that gets plugged in tandem with the power brick, incase of power outages. Good design thought here. They tell you in the instructions, and on a decal on the outside of the battery backup box, not to leave the batteries in as they, over long periods of time, can leak acid and ruin the box. This is true and power outages are rare but I didn't want to have to crawl under the bed to access the battery box the power ever did decide to go out. So, instead of having the wired battery box lay on the floor, I zip tied them to the base of our bed frame for easier access (see photo).VERY quiet , smooth and comfortable speed in operation. The under bed lighting is subtle and welcomed for those middle of the night relief breaks. 2 USB ports per bed are also welcome, too, placed at the outer edge under the head of the bed. Yes, under, not on the side. Once you have whatever charging cable plugged in here, you'll probably want to leave the cables plugged in there and plug/unplug the device you're charging instead. Not sure we will ever use the massage feature, which is a good design but kind of a novelty. We definitely wanted the ability to have memory presets, the one touch zero-G position, one touch anti-snore position (my wife thanks you) and the under bed lighting. The massage just happened to come with the package.Very well made, very quiet and very sad we didn't get one these YEARS ago. As a 54 year old male, the zero-G offers welcomed back relief (which has had herniated disc surgery). And my wife (who remains ageless) says she has never slept so well.The bed package we created was completely from Amazon and for thousands (yes, thousands) less than an area chain store quoted us.
