This practice blade is very sturdy and was larger than I thought it would be. Good product.

It came with a slight warp to it as polypropylene training weapons often do. After considerable use this has held up very well. I think the handle will be a little large and uncomfortable if you have smaller hands but it works fine for me. I have a large collection of polypropylene training weapon and often double wield a set of these.

It's forward heavy and it's indestructible. Trees, steel armor, tables, hard pumpkins, concrete, people, doors, sticks, etc. You hit a tree with it and it does more damage to the tree than the sword. The handle is comfortable, and makes a great practicing sword.

Bought this for my 10 year old for "Cosplay" type of stuff - tis MUCH more durable than I expected. Solidly made and will likely out live us all.

This was the first polypropylene sword I have bought so I didn't know what to expect yet. I was not disappointed. The product has accurate weight and design, very durable, and mostly harmless. Being able to practice with a sword without the risk of cuts and stabs is a 5 star for me.

The handle is to big, and I have relatively large hands, this kinda makes it less comfortable to use and a little too bulky.

I cant use this in my dojo formally to test or compete with it, since it is not a school authorized product (ATA insurance issues and regulations dictate these things) but I LOVE it for practice at home and if I need an extra sword to run the form with one of my kids to show them side by side, or for a private lesson for a student who doesn't own the sword. I use this one to demo, they use my regulation one, and all is well. Great weight to it; cool color. My boys love the matte black finish!Wish the hilt were a LITTLE bigger, but overall not a dealbreaker. Feels very good in the hand. The finish helps your grip since its not slick or hard plastic. Considering this is more than 2/3 cheaper than buying another sword from my dojo, it is a steal. It is heavier and that is a plus for me: it will give my arm even more of a workout but not enough to feel completely different from the weight of the regular sword when I need to use it to test or compete.

Excellent training sword. Not appropriate for combat contact, but a beautifully weighted and sturdy trainer.

As described: YesShipping: On TimeCommunication with Seller: n/aWould recommend: YesComments: These training swords are awesome! I'd say this one is a bit lighter (maybe like 2lbs?) than the longsword (feels like 4lbs) one that I have, but it looks really cool! This sword can definitely do some damage if intended, so be careful with it... walls are easily bruised..... Seems to be decently balanced and looks impressive. The neighbourhood kids think I'm the coolest ;P

EDIT: The picture has been changed and is now accurate. Thus I'm removing the part where I described how inaccurate the old picture was.It is a bit heavier than I expected, because the blade is thicker than I expected, which is awesome. I feared it would be flimsy and easily bend, but no, this is a solid piece. Very satisfied.
