I love this powerful hand mixer. But I don't like the storage case, at all. I will be donating my old (20 years and still running) B&D hand mixer, so I took the storage case from it and will use it for the new one. Fits the new one great! This mixer seems more powerful than the old one; I'm using a lower speed, and it seems to like it. Black and Decker has never failed me, I also have been using their Brew & Go, One -Cup coffee brewer.

Two Christmases ago, I bought my mother a mixer that was almost this exact model—or just doesn’t have the dough hooks. Aside from that, everything else is exactly the same. I’ve gotten really into baking, so I have used the mixer a lot more than she has; so if this mixer is anything like the old model, then it should be perfect! Will update this review if anything changes, as I’m not going to use this mixer until I move to my new apartment.One small thing though: The beaters for the mixer and the beaters shown in the product photos are not the same. That’s super misleading, and so I was expecting a different product, which is why I knocking my review down a star.

One of the part to hold the attachment broke off in 3rd time use. Never had experience like this before :(

I ordered this item on November 18, 2022. It is now January 7, 2023. I had no need to use it before today & I admit I could've tested it out upon purchasing. But I tried to use it today and it wouldn't even TURN ON!!!! I can't get a refund apparently because I made the purchase over 30 days ago. I'm SOOOO UPSET!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS MIXER!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

I find that the slightly larger than Im used to size is harder for me to use .

Left my original one at a place when I had to leave a bad living situation and immediately searched high and low to find the same one somewhere else. The storage case is amazing and not at all clunky. The attachments all work wonderfully, overall an awesome hand mixer
