Description states clamp is for 1 inch/25.4mm seat tube. The clamp fits the seat tube but will not fit over the tube on the bike chassis. Very nice looking clamp even though I will be returning it.

Installed on my suns BMX cruiser, nice powder coat, clamp holds well. My son rides his bike to practice in ams, and seat post hasn't budged!

Design Not as pictured which is why I chose this one. It went with my Diamondback. Still a nice seat clamp.
