HI, Just Bought the Burgundy 91 -96" Top. For use on My 18' Sun Tracker Pontoon 4 bow Bimini top WITH square tubing. I measured 94 1/2" as outside distance of my square tubing at the attachment point to my side railings (Width). Fit Perfect. The fabric is a Coated Polyester blend with zipper installed. Material is Kinda like Sunbrella - but I do NOT know what material it actually is. Drop shipped from Taylor Made in about a week. I'm happy. Looks good, Decent quality, decent price Only need to see how well it holds up to the sun and environment.

Fit the Bimini top perfectly and now the cover matches the top ( teal ). Took a while to get, but I am going to assume that it was made to order, since it was sized for ours and in an unpopular color.

Replaces our bamini cover that blew off on the highway somewhere. Very tight fit, takes some manipulating to get it zipped, but it’s very secure once on. Can’t see this getting whipped off in the wind!

First off - just got this and put it on. I am quite pleased with the product but, admittedly, I can't speak to how long it'll last having only owned it about 2 weeks. So my review is graded on a curve considering it was one of the cheaper bimini covers. So for $43 or something like that I'm quite pleased. The storage boot seems to be decent quality, decent zipper, includes a decent storage sack, and it fit my rolled-up bimini just fine, loose enough I won't have to struggle to roll the top super tightly every time I pack it up....but probably not loose enough that it'll flap too much while trailering the boat.I have a 18-foot North River welded aluminum boat with a 5-piece window. It's the popular Pacific NW fishing boat style, to give an image of what kind of top I'm rolling up in this thing. My bimini is a 3 bow design, I believe 1-inch diameter poles....to give an idea of capacity.I measured the widest width of my top as well as the width of the support poles on my gunwales....basically the same measurement (88") and ordered the model that fit 85-90". The fit was pretty generous. I bet the next size down could fit if you're really concerned about a trim fit.

Works perfectly for an 1/8 of the price of a Chaparral replacement boot. Might even have it embroidered. I have maybe 10 hours use at cruise speed and full out running, and haven’t had an issue as of yet with the zipper opening, as other have stated.

These are great boots and are a perfect alternative to custom at typically less than 1/3 the price. Sure they're a little loose fitting but that matters because? The grey was a perfect match to Sunbrella Charcoal Grey. They are actually made by TaylorMade according to the label.

Extremely tight to get on and zipped. After installing it look as if it was lacking in the water resistant / repellent dept. I gave it a good coating of Boat Scotch Guard. Boat biminis are not cheap and precaution should be taken. I will have to see how long it protects & holds up to the Florida weather to determine if I would repurchase or recommend. Unsure as of now.
