Absolutely love this item. I needed to relocate the battery on my civic and happen to have a standard optima red top. This piece fit the bill perfectly. Very high quality

I bought this for my 1984 jeep CJ7. The only issue I’m having is the holes don’t lineup exactly to anything. I need one shorter bolt because it hits the blower motor one longer bolt because it hits nothing. The whole Dan looks good. I’m just hoping it works as good. I will know when we start off Rodin.

I used this to install a second battery in a 1990 K1500 Chevy. Even mounted at an angle to a non-flat surface it holds the battery securely in place. I did a ton of research before purchasing this battery holder and am very happy with it.

To add an aux battery to my 2017 Silverado 1500 pickup, I had to either replace the "fake battery tray" (i.e. tool tray) that GM saw fit to install with a $68 part that was identical but had a lip & an integral nut for a hold down bolt, OR come up with another solution. My choice was this billet aluminum battery tray that is custom fit for Optima batteries & yields an unobstructed battery top (no battery hold down bars or rods).I would have given this a 5-star rating if all the fasteners included were stainless steel. They are all metric carbon steel. For another $16 I used all stainless steel that befits the look of this tray.My install was a little more difficult than usual, because first I had to mount a base piece of white PVC trim board to the existing "tool tray" (using rivet-nuts I installed in the tray), then mount the aluminum tray to that base piece using the 6 screws thru the trap into tee-nuts on the underside of the base piece.
