If you have a pitcher in the family, a must have. Works great with the packs it comes with or the bigger ones you get from RX store. Not for a big person. More for women or small men. Teenagers are perfect sized, unless you have a big boy!

It does not hug the shoulder, is hard to wrap and fasten alone, and does not stay cold long enough.

It fits very good and I am able to do alot with it on.The only downside, and an important one, is that the jell packsit came with are not big enough to keep it cold longer than about ten minutes.I had to modify it, by adding larger jell packs

The coverage area for the ice pack is not large enough. Does not target the right area and the Velcro attaches in the back. Often need help adjusting the fit.

The Bike Shoulder Wrap (BSW) fits well and stays on. The two pockets for ice packs are place in the right place, one on top of the shoulder and the other on the outside of the shoulder. But the two ice pack that come with the BSW will only cool for 45 minutes so if you need a deeper and longer lasting cooling you will need to buy better ice packs. I recommend Comfort Gel Pack the 6 x 10 size; I have bought other ice packs but the Comfort Gel Pack cool the longest. The BSW helps me sleep at night and I am not in pain in the morning. Putting on the BSW is easy I have found that wearing over a t-shirt is more comfortable. My wife also uses it on her knee, it’s not made for this application but it works.Zack Bostick

I love this because it fits so securely. I have never used the hot pack, but I love the cold one and go to sleep with it every night.

This works great as a cold or hot therapy for shoulders. It fits well and attaches securely. You are able to ambulate while wearing it and it stays in place. I found it is easier to put on if you leave the straps Velcroed and slip it off over your head. It would have been better to have the straps hook on the front rather than back, but this does work. You just need an assist the first time.
