I had the wrong idea on how I was going to true my wheels because it seemed like I just needed to set them all to the same tension. However, I found that the wheel was completely off, so I ended up using zip ties tapped to the frame to show where the wheel is pulling. I found the spoke wrench tools to be mediocre and needing great care to prevent stripping the ends.I would skip this and use other methods instead. There are plenty of videos of how to use simpler and faster ways.

Got the tools for my travel kit when out riding to have on hand when needed.The tools were all very low quality other than the tension gauge. The nipple adjusters are horrible and can round out a brass nipple in a heart beat, just low end tools.Returned the tools.

There are many ways that such a product can have imperfections while still being a fully viable product. However, this product blatantly violates some very important rules. The lack of quality precision makes this completely useless, and the fact that the manufacturer is ok with producing such inferior and pathetic work says "Do not EVER do any business with me because I do not respect you as a customer and am willing to lie to you about what I deliver".The specs are HIGHLY inaccurate, making thee tools useless. A waste of time and money. How are they ok with existing like this? They're in the wrong line of work.

I bought a bike knowing it needed TLC. The rims needed truing.I chose this one over the others because it offered many options.I am pleased with my choice.

After one wheel build so far, it worked well and was easy to use. The only reason I dinged it a star is the extra tools that came with it are cheap and not real precise. That is, the sockets are slightly large and loosely fit the bolts, especially the 10 mm. I don't have any spoke nipples of the size of the spoke wrenches that came with it, so I can't say if they are loose also, but I much prefer that type of spoke wrench since they are easy on the fingers. The tensiometer is perfectly fine and deserves a 5-star itself.
