The piece that’s connected to the green handle is crooked. It’s just not made very well.

The little loop of steel at the tip of the tool holds the nipple on the tool well, but you have to be careful not to drive the nipple too far, or the spoke will push the flathead screwdriver head out of the slot in the nipple and after that you’ll just be twisting the fragile little piece of steel around in the nipple which bends it all up.Once you get the hang of it and avoid doing that, it’s a pretty sweet little tool.
