The locking collar will break before it goes over your handle-bar. Which means, you will have to remove the handgrips, brake-lever assembly, etc. Then, slide the collar down your handlebar. Afterwards, you will have to re-assemble the handgrip & brake-leaver assembly. Avoid!

Cheaply made but adequate. Shipped in a plastic envelope with no padding, but it survived okay. You get what you pay for.

Mounted this on my Trike (it had lost the old one); This is a decent size and seems to have good reflectivity. I was able to get it snug with the mounting hardware, and oriented correctly. All the parts are robust enough for normal use. A metal bracket would be stronger, but this does the job for me!
